Add muscle, burn fat! A major part of slimming down and shaping up is lifting light weights. This class is great for all levels. Please bring water and wear light weight comfortable clothing.

Beginning and intermediate level. Ages 5-8yrs old.

Taught by Danial Brown

Tap and Jazz shoes are required for this class. Dancers should also wear either a leotard and tights or shorts or leggings and a tank top.

Beginning tumbling for ages 4-6yrs. Students learn gymnastic skills on the floor mat (no beams or bars). Proper attire includes a leotard with shorts, biketard, or leotard with stretchy leggings. No shoes or socks please.
