4:45 PM - 5:30 PM Tumbling 4-6

Beginning tumbling for ages 4-6yrs. Students learn gymnastic skills on the floor mat (no beams or bars). Proper attire includes a leotard with shorts, biketard, or leotard with stretchy leggings. No shoes or socks please.

5:30 PM - 6:15 PM Tumbling 7-9

All levels tumbling for ages 7-9yrs. Students learn gymnastic skills on the floor mat (no beams or bars). Proper attire includes a leotard with shorts, biketard, or leotard with stretchy leggings. No shoes or socks please.

A quick calorie burner! Rotate between cardio and strength training stations for a total body workout.
