Weekly on Wednesday
This class is designed to shed fat, define muscle to achieve a strong, sexy, shredded body. Bodyshred is a fast paced 30min workout that will hit every major muscle group in the body plus challenging your cardio endurance. All exercise levels are encouraged to attend! If you are a beginner don't be afraid! It is easy to motify this class and the instructor will be happy to have you there.
Bring water, a yoga mat and maybe a sweat towel.
